Micro-Roasters Promoting a Community of Coffee

The move to our new home and the addition of our second daughter may have signalled the end of the the Sustainable Cup. We apologize for leaving you without your weekly "fix", and we'll be sure to let you know if things change. Thanks for your support and we wish you all the best.
Peace and blessings to all.

Papua New Guinea - Kinjibi Peaberry
$8.00

A fruity and complex coffee from the Wahgi River Valley of Papua New Guinea. This coffee is grown at an elevation of 5700 feet on the Kinjibi Plantation.  There are roughly 9000 indigenous tribal members that collectively own and operate the plantation. Kinjibi coffee is distinctive and well balanced,  with the rare peaberry having a more pronouced flavor and pungent aroma.  One of our favorites!
